We have one policy for a large file server. This policy contains 2 scheduels
1 - INCR_Daily (Cumulative Incremental)
2 - FULL_Weekly (Full)
This policy contains one client and it's a large file server. The backup selection includes 10 new streams for each root folder of the D:\.
Accelerator is enabled and the client is backing up to a deduplication pool. Journaling is enabled.
I do notice that schedule 1 produces very large backups. I've tried switching to Differential Incrementals but, I have the same problem.
As an example, one of the streams is backing up a folder that is 16 GB in size. Schedule 1 is running now and it's backed up 11 GB so far. Nobody has made any changes to this folder.
Backups are succesfull in that they complete with the odd "file is open" error.
Does anybody have any ideas as to what I could check to help diagnose this issue?
