doing bmr backup with C: only

i have a Windows 2008 R2 sp1 server that have two drives: C (60GB) and D (500GB).

as we do not want to include drive D: in the bmr copy, i created a backup policy with only System State and \\.\c: defined in the list to be included in the bmr backup.

the backup was started and after 2 hours it finished with status 0.

question is, is that enough in order to have a bmr image to use in case a restore is needed? the files in drive D: we can copy from somewhere else so it's not an problem.
