I am having an issue with a restore I am attempting. We backed up a mount on a Linux box that was about 780GB. Because of our storage, I put this to tape.

I am running Windows Master and Media servers, 2008 Master and 2003 Media. both are running 7.1.0.4.

A restore that would come from the beginning and middle of the tape finish successfully. but when I try to do a test restore of files near the end of the image, it fails with a 2826 error. I noticed that all of the attempts, 4 in all, fail at the same time 02:00:59. This would lead me to beleive that I am hitting a time out of some sort, but can't figure out what time out. Here are the detials in the status:

12/11/2014 5:24:41 PM - Info bpbrm(pid=2812) child done, status 13
12/11/2014 5:24:41 PM - Info bpbrm(pid=2812) sending message to media manager: STOP RESTORE ctc-sbaudio_1418051200

12/11/2014 5:24:45 PM - end Restore; elapsed time: 02:00:59
invalid error number(2826)

It's never at the same point in the tape, but it is the sam exact elapsed time.

Can anyone give me any insight?
