Hi All,
Could any one please tell me how to remove all the inactive tape drives from NBU.
i have tried to remove it through NBU GUI by clicking on Media and Device Management- DEvices-Drives.
I selected all the inactive drives and deleted them. However, when i try to configure a new storage unit, the tape drives after scan still shows the same no. Infact it foes on increasing. the no.of robots are also too high. I have already deleted the zones to which my library/tape drives are attached to from the switch.
i have deleted unused storage units and policies and robots as well from GUI. However, i can still see lot of tape drives after scan.
Is there any way to remove the tape drives which are inactive/not in use.
