Need your help on below issue, please take a look & suggest if anything obvious is missing
unable to install NBU7.5 on win2003SP2 32bit MSCS active node only, works fine with passive node & standalone node .
installation rolling back at the end "finalizing cluster configuration"& install logs shows at end:

- supportability seems OK from all aspects
- checked for AZ/AT services but not running , no NBAC registry found either
- disabled kaspersky antivirus
- installaer package on local drive
- used same admin user to open the installation browser aas well as to add the node
- initial cluster configuration completed successfully
- uninstalled & installed latest MSI Windows Installer from microsoft website
- GUID folder as below , NBU installation created in below dir
C:\WINDOWS\Installer\{C21B8CA2-260E-4940-AD23-948145A7220A}
- but while rolling back the above GUID folder gets deleted automatically
- system date & time is fine
- install log shows below set of errors for almost every component:

- manually removed the registry key , SYMANTEC (BE) & VERITAS. no trace of any symantec product anymore
- Issue only appears to install NBU75 on active node, passive node shows no error & successfully got installed with NBU75 on another cluster env (win2003 32 bit on NBU75 env?), on the other env also active node shows same issue
- also it is observed that cx can successfully install NBU75 master on win2003 32bit standalone server but not on Cluster active nodes
Due to customer's secure env, not sharing much evidence/log files.
Any suggestion is welcome.
