Error 29

I've got an error 29 <failed trying to exec a command>.

I tried to backup oracle database by Oracle Intelligent Policy but it was failure.

  - already register oracle instance via NetBackup Management > Applications > Oracle  and credential was successfully

Environment:

Master server: Windows 2012R2 ,  NBU7.6.1

Client Server: Solaris9, Oracle 10.2,  NBU7.5

Question:

1. Netbackup needs /etc/oratab ?   I cannot find its on Oracle server.

2. Did NBU7.5 client support "Oracle Intelligent Policy"?

3. In case, i used the "Oracle Intelligent Policy".  Does i need to link Oracle RMAN with NetBackup?
