SQL restore alternate server

Destination client ::: Windows 2008 R2 SP1  , MSSQL 2008 R2  SP1, NetBackup 7.5

Source : NetBackup 7.5.0.4 , Windows 2008 R2 SP1 .. MS SQL 2008 R2 SP1.

initiated the restore, but it stucks @

then fail in some time.
