Netbackup client installation hangs

Hello Experts,

We have been installing nbu 7.6.0.1 client on solaris 11 and to my suprise nbu is getting hanged on Running preinstall checker.

there is no issue with the space as we have enough.

Pls suggest what might be the issue?
