When I SSH to master server, under activity monitor, I keep seeing catalog backup status code of 2009 and 2. It always show two status code of 2 and one status code of 2009. We are using Scalar i40 Quantum tape library, its current version is 175.GS001. Based on our weekly tape backup, we expected weekly tape repot but received zero. Tried to run manual report same issue. I believe this catalog issue impacting tape backup.
I have researched on Symantec website found this KB https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH141955.html to resolved the status code 2. But when I log into server, we do not have color:#6E6E6E">NBDB.db under bin folder.
server name:/usr/openv/db/bin # ls
.odbc.ini dbexternc11 dbspawn dbupgrad nbdb_upgrade
NB_dbsrv dbfhide dbsrv11 dbvalid nbdbms_server_install
NB_dbsrv.lic dbinfo dbsrv11.lic dbversion nbdbms_start_server

dbdsn dblocate dbtran nbdb_move
dbeng11 dblog dbtsinfo nbdb_ping
dbeng11.lic dbns11 dbunload nbdb_restore
dberase dbping dbunlspt nbdb_unload
when I right click on job id here is information received:
problem: Status 2009: All compatible drive paths are down but media is available
My question is, how can I resolve this issue.? I am new backup adman not much knowledgeable with symantec products. Would you please advise?
Thanks for yoru time in advance.
