Media Server can't be detected

Hi,

Client is having a problem adding a media server.

OS is RedHat 6.3.

Netbackup client is already installed on NBUMedia hosts and is updated as media server client.

Unable to see the new Media Server on NBU Cloud master server.

For the installation, we already have installed the Netbackup Client on the hosts, zone the Tape Library. BTW, client used the Quantum Scalar i500 tape drives attached to the NBUMedia hosts, is there a software needed to install or configure Quantum Tape Lib to the hosts?
