Accelerator and backups status code 1

Hi,

I have activated Backup Accelerator on many backups. But, with one of my clients, the full backup finish with the code 1. When the next incremental backup starts, it makes a full backup because of the code 1.

Have you got a solution to ignore this open files and this code 1 please ?
