Backup jobs Vanishes from Console

Hello Experts,

We have our master server 2008 R2 server in cluster and we had to reboot the active master server. Due to some issue on other cluster we had manually shut down the cluster services so that failover wont happen.

After restarting the active client we found all the backup jobs vanished from active client? Never had seen such behaviour from netbackup from past.

Pls help.
