Backup Failure by error code 13

Hi Team,

Please give a solution that I am unable to resolve the issue of error code 13 in Netbackup.

Master Server : Win 2008 R2 standard

Client : Win 2008 R2 standard

Netbackup Version : 7.6.0.1

This backup is VMware Backup.

Virtual center able to take the snapshot..Then Backup job is failing by 13 error code.

There is client install only on VC server and not on client.
