New Media Server can't see Libraries path

Hi All,

I'm having some issues when trying to configure Libraries on a new Media Server since it doesn't show any Path during the Storage Devices Wizard.

I have a Netbackup 7.6.0.4 environment with:

Windows 2008 R2 VM Master Server.
Old Windows 2008 R2 Media Server (NBU 7604 too) that actually is the Robot Control Host of our two TLDs.
The new Media Server (NBU 7604 again).
Two TLDs, each one with 4 drives. Everything is properly connected to our SAN.
The new Media Server sees both TLDs and the 8 drives (and its LUNs) through one of its HBA ports, its Windows Device Manager added the Libraries correctly and shows its SCSI Path.

I have already tried the Volmgr scan command and it shows all the devices.

During the Device Configuration Wizard, in the "Scanning Hosts" step, this new Media Server detects the 8 drive paths and the 2 robots, BUT in the "Backup Devices" step, when the review of the devices found, the 2 robots don't show any Path to the new Media Server despite current Media Server actually is the Robot Control Host.

Is that Ok?

What am I doing wrong?.

How could I fix it?

If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
