Netbackup 7.6.0.4 backup exchange 2013 CU1 failed with error:Could not fetch snapshot metadata or state files(4207)

Master server: Windows Server 2012 Std -  7.6.0.4​

Media Server: Windows Server 2012 Std

Client: Windows Server 2012 Std -  7.6.0.4​ - exchange 2013 CU1

 

I'm trying to setup Netbackup Master server 7.6.0.4 connect to client 7.6.0.4(Exchange 2013 CU1)

When I create policy to backup Exchange database, it show error in below.

Please help us to fix this problem. Thanks
