Netbackup Issue - status 25 when opening the policy in GUI

Hello Experts,

We have been using Netbackup 7.6.0.3 on Windows 2008 machine.

Of late we have been experiencing issue while opening policies it gives us 3 errors before opening the policy in GUI.

1:- Unable to fetch data classifications status 25 can not connect on socket.

2:- Unable to fetch Indexing servers status 25 can not connect on socket.

3:- Unable to fetch fetch storage life cycle policies cannot connect on socket.

We tried on Java console and same issue is also there.

We tried adding one client on vmware policy by browsing client on VMWARE in Browse and select for virtual machine it says can not conncet on socket (25) and then nothing happens.

Pls help.
