Master Server Hardware Refresh SLP Operations

I only have a quick question that probably be answered easily.  

I am in the process of doing a hardware refresh for the master server in my environment (7.6.0.2), and i use SLP's to duplicate all backup jobs.  Should i suspend and or ensure no slp's are awaiting to be duplicated when I backup the catalog before i do the restore? or should i not worry about it? 

Any assistance will be appreciated.
