Netbackup Java Gui 7.5.0.7

Hi All, 

I am having issues with Netbackup Java Gui 7.5.0.7 after upgrade the GUI did not open. it does not allow to open for logging. 

Before I was using 7.5.0.6 and it was working fine. After the upgrade to 7.5.0.7 when I tried to roll back to previous version it still giving the same problem. I have uninstalled completely and rebooted the machine. 

The GUI open the cmd and the login in the task bar but when you click on it does not show up. 

I would appreciate your help.
