Evault - FingerPrint_DB vs Vault_Store_DB

Hi all,

Our Evault Backup policies are as follows:

Policy1 -

EV_OPEN_PARTITION
EV_FINGERPRITN_DB

Policy2 -

EV_DIR_DB
EV_MONITORING_DB
 

Policy3 -

EV_INDEX_LOCATION

Policy -4

EV_CLOSED_PARTITIONS

All backups run succesfull. However, I noticed a directive: Vault_Store_DB

Will I need this to ensure a complete backup?  Also, can I use SQL policy to backup fingerprint DB and thus, configure policy1 to only backup open partitions?

I've gone through the evault manual and as well, a white paper on this, but, still having issues understanding how this needs to be setup. Our environment is simple. One Evault Server with 4 vault stores.  We only use collections on closed paritions but, are considering it for open as well beause the open partitions have 50 million files.
