Exchange Server 2013 backup and restoration

Hello Experts,

Could you pls make me understand how to take backup of Exchange server 2013? Steps and concept.

Pls dont provide me the guide for exchange of windows Master 7.6.0.1. Its not very informative and not very good :(

Any TN/white paper would be fine but not admin guide :(
