To restore jobs are ever created ! - Restore sharepoint

Hi !

I cannot restore !

When I launch restore, the job are ever created ! In the GUI "View status" I don't have a verbose progress...

In the logs C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\logs\user_ops\Admin000\logs , I have 2 files NBWIN003 & NBWIN004 but they are empty !

Netbackup version is 7.6.1.1 with this hotfix : https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH230... .

Media server , sharepoint frontend & backend : Windows 2008R2 sp1
